Baily Event Management (BEM) is a full service event management company.
BEM's event planning strategy is formulated through a partnership combining the thoughts and ideas of the client’s organizing committee and our event management skills. We produce realistic critical paths that enable us to create a smooth, enjoyable journey for all involved to a successful, seamless event on time and budget.
Baily Event Management STAFF
Francisca Eckstein joined BEM in winter 2007, where she directs pre-event planning and manages onsite client services.
Her fund development and grant writing experiences in the educational sector has resulted in numerous learning enhancement initiatives. She is involved with various volunteer committees, where stakeholders from the non-profit, education and corporate sector work together to foster community engagement.
Francisca is a graduate from Ryerson Polytechnic University, with an Honours BA in Business Administration, majoring in Information Systems Management. She also possesses a Certificate in Human Resources Management.
Founder, Principal - Christine Baily, BGS, CMP is an event producer, association manager and consultant with over 16 years experience in the public, not for profit and association environment. She has demonstrated the ability to lead diverse teams to new levels of success; meeting and exceeding the financial goals and strategic objectives organizations strive for within their events.
Christine has produced national and international events with attendance ranging from 50 to 5500. A part-time professor with Sir Sandford Fleming College, she has taught for six years in the Event Management Post Graduate Certificate Program and the Office Administration Executive Program. Her experience with Fleming College includes redesigning courses and development of new courses within the event management field.
Christine holds a Bachelor of General Studies – Applied Designation from Athabasca University, a Certified Meeting Professional (CMP) designation from the Convention Industry Council and a Certificate in Adult Education from Seneca College.
Christine is a member of the Canadian Society for Professional Event Planners (CanSPEP) and currently serves as Co-Chair, Education for the 2014 CanSPEP Conference.
